A tribute to Dr. M. N. Buch
Dr.M N Buch, former bureaucrat and commonly referred to as 'architect of new Bhopal' for the urban planning concepts that he introduced in the city, died following a brain stroke on Saturday evening. He was 80.
He is survived by wife Mrs. Nirmala Buch, ex-chief secretary of MP and son Vineet, who stays in USA.
A Padma Bhushan awardee, Buch sought voluntary retirement from Indian Administrative Services in 1984 and took up social activities............ Read More
